All lessons are to be paid at the first lesson of the month.
Payment in checks may be made out to Kaitlin Topinka.
Late fees:
A $10 late fee will be assessed if payment is not received at the first lesson of the month.
5 lesson months:
If a month has 5 lesson days it can be used as a makeup lesson for one that was missed.
Cancellations:
If a lesson is cancelled within 24 hours there will be no refund for the lesson.
If a lesson is cancelled at the beginning of the month it will not be charged.
If a lesson is cancelled 48 hours + in advance; the refund will apply to the next month.
I will refund only one lesson per month.
Teacher cancellations:
If I cancel a lesson a make up lesson will be given. If for some reason a make up lesson cannot be scheduled the refund will apply to the next month.
Discontinued lessons:
Stopping lessons will require a months notice or a months payment will be assessed.
If you refer a student who signs up for a month of lessons you get a lesson free!
